Creating an Account
Guardians such as parents, house owners, tenants, nannies/babysitters, car owners etc. are hereby entitled to access the site for the limited purpose of reviewing certain job posting information posted by hand or uploaded to the site by individuals seeking employment as a provider of childcare services, and/or housekeeping services, and/or for the limited purpose of sending and receiving communications from persons relating to such services etc. The services set up in here cannot be used or accessed for any other purposes. This site services cannot be used as a reference. The job seekers will not be charged any fee for entering into an employment. EVERV do not provide any guarantee that the job seekers will be available according to the guardians requirements. But we make sure the information collected about the job seekers are accurate up to our knowledge. EVERV do verify and review the legal documents of the job seekers posted in the site. Nevertheless there are risks including dealing with a guardian or job seekers contacted through the site.
In order to access information and the services provided by EVERV an account must be created. Account can be created by completing simple membership registration form. EVERV has the sole power to establish, cancel or suspend the account if there has been a misuse by you or any other third party who has obtained the access to the service. Once your membership registration form is accepted a username and password will be provided by EVERV. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, and all the activities carried out are solemnly yours. If any unauthorized use of the account details or any breach of security you are immediately entitled to notify EVERV. You are requested to logout from your account and the end of every use. At the end of your subscription period EVERV will be terminating your account and the related details. If an emergency travel or discontinuation of the use of service arises for a guardian during a subscription period you are requested to notify EVERV to hold the use of service to avail it later once you are back.
No Cash back
Once payment is received by EVERV the access to the database will be fully granted for the employer. EVERV does not have a refund policy if the guardian is not satisfied with the candidates available in the database or unable to find the appreciate candidate or for any other inconvenience. But you are always welcome to give your feedback.
Limitations on use of the site
Amendment to Service or Site
It is the sole right of EVERV to amend or quit temporarily or permanently its services or the site at any time without prior notice. EVERV shall not be liable to you or any third party for any amendment, intermission or quitting of the site or service.
